I've only ever seen my own planet and Earth, but I've only seen Earth through people's memories of it. Trolls my age stay on-planet until we grow into adulthood.

It's a bit complicated, but basically it's a magic computer game that transports all the players that are in a game session together to another plane called the incipisphere. In the incipisphere there's a bunch of quests that you have to finish within a certain time limit in order to create your new universe, or else everyone is destroyed by meteors. Every player of the game gets to have their own special set of powers to help them, as well as their own personalized planet full of individualized quests and adventures to complete in order to facilitate your growth and prepare you for the end-game battles to claim your universe. It's really really hard and most people aren't able to complete their session in time.
